Yesterday(29.12.2025) unfolded as a day of joy and remembrance as we took our elders on a short journey to Mahabalipuram and Muttukadu. We began early at dawn, setting out at 7:00 a.m., with laughter and quiet excitement filling the bus.
The elders delighted in the journey itself, relishing the road as much as the destination.
At Mahabalipuram, they visited the Shore Temple, Krishna’s Butter Ball, the Pancha Rathas, and the seashore. Standing before the waves, many were gently carried back to cherished memories of earlier days, sharing stories shaped by time and experience.
As the sun softened, we moved on to Muttukadu, where a boat ride on calm waters brought smiles, laughter, and childlike wonder. Every moment was lived fully, every smile deeply felt.
It was not merely a trip, but a day of connection, remembrance, and simple happiness, one that will remain close to our hearts.
