In Sri Poornamahameru Trust premises yesterday (20.07.2025), Lions Club of Chennai Super Kings, District 3241 C, jointly organized an Eye Screening Camp in association with Sankara Nethralaya, Alandur, Chennai. A total of 100 people were screened, out of which 35 were selected for free cataract and other necessary eye surgeries.
A Hearing Screening Camp was also conducted in association with Graphic Hearing and Speech Clinic, Nanganallur, Chennai. Of the 70 individuals screened, 10 were identified for further clinical evaluation and provision of Hearing Aids for the needy.
Additionally, a Dental Camp was held in association with The Face N Jaw Clinic, Mylapore, with a total attendance of 54 participants.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the entire team of the camp volunteers for their exceptional dedication and tireless commitment for providing exceptional care to our elders. Thanks for the entire team as they are very enthusiastic and was very patient to our elders throughout the camp.
